Supervisor is responsible for ensuring the efficient execution of all field service activities including AMC, Installations, and Breakdowns. The role focuses on operational coordination, daily deployment planning, performance monitoring and technical oversight to ensure productivity target and service quality standards are achieved. 

The supervisor acts as the operational control point between technical teams, service coordination and management, ensuring that field teams operate efficiently, safely and according to organizational priorities.

Senior Technician - Dept of Air Conditioning

You are primarily responsible for carrying out services and breakdowns appointed on you in Split Type Air Conditioners effectively & efficiently for our clients. 

The ideal candidate should be;

  • Must hold NVQ L-04 in air conditioning & refrigeration from reputed establishment. 
  • At least 02 years of previous work experience in carrying out services and breakdowns in a reputed organization. The ideal candidate must posses the knowledge in troubleshooting & repair of air conditioners (1Phase, 3Phase). 
  • Knowledge in servicing & maintaining VRV/F, Air Cooled package, Chillers, Repairing Inverter / Non-Inverter PCBs (Minor level) etc will be a definite advantage. 
  • Age must be below 30 years. 
An attractive remuneration package will be provided with a basic package of Rs.46,000.00 - 52,000.00 Basic salary + Performance + OT allowances.
