Supervisor - Dept. of Air Conditioning

The Supervisor is responsible for ensuring the efficient execution of all field service activities including AMC, Installations, Repairs and Breakdowns. The Role focuses on operational coordination, daily deployment planning, performance monitoring and technical oversight to ensure productivity targets and service quality standards are achieved.
The supervisor acts as the operational control point between technical teams, service coordination and management, ensuring that field teams operate efficiently, safely and according to organizational priorities.
Responsibilities
- Plan and Coordinate daily deployment of field technicians ensuring teams operate according to assigned priorities.
- Support Senior Technicians with technical escalation where required.
- Ensure work quality meet company standards.
- Track daily productivity and technical utilization.
- Monitor progress of on-going Projects.
Must Have
- At least NVQ L-05 in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration (Completed No Pending Results or Trainees)
- At least 2-3 Years of working experience.
- Strong Communication & Interpersonal Skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-pace environment.
- Strong HVAC/R Technical background including VRV/F, Chillers, Cool Rooms.
Nice to have
- Ability to work in Auto-Cad and MS Excel
- Excellent Organizational Skills
- Knowledge in Health & Safety, Best industry Practices.
- Knowledge in Field Service or Experience in Field Service
