STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE - DEPT OF AUTO AIR CONDITIONING

  1. The warranty will be valid for Three (03) Months or 10,000Km (Whichever comes first) from the date of the repair completion for labor and other spare parts excluding O-Rings, Liquid Filter driers, Cabin Filters, Silika Filters, Fan Belts, Thermistor switches and this does not cover repairs performed on evaporators, condensers, compressors and recondition spare parts.  
  2. The extended warranty will be One (01) Year or 50,000Km (Whichever comes first) for genuine DENSO / SANDEN / DOOWAN / SUBROS branded products and it is compulsory to carry out the repair under the guidance of the manufacturer of such spare parts. All the Evaporators / Condensers / are entitled for a Period of One (01) year or 50,000Km (Whichever comes first) warranty. For replacement compressor other than above mentioned genuine products Three (03) Months or 10,000Km (Whichever comes first) will only be provided. 
  3. The warranty may not apply if the vehicle has been involved in an accident, subject to extreme conditions, unauthorized repair attempts, improper use (ex: operating system with Refrigerant leakages) or modified in ways that affect the air conditioning system.  
  4. If a customer is providing the required parts for the repair, the service provider is not bound to provide any warranty or guarantee for the repair. 
  5. If the air conditioning system fails due to a defect in parts mentioned in No 02, the service provider agrees to repair or replace the faulty part FREE OF CHARGE with FREE LABOR. However, charges for Refrigerant & Lubricant and other accessories will be charged
  6. All the payments must be drawn in favor of “RASANGI ELECTRICALS & PRODUCTS”


STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE - DEPT OF AIR CONDITIONING

  1. All the Domestic / Residential air conditioners include Five (05) or Ten (10) years warranty on the compressor and One (01) to Two (02) years of warranty on the manufacturing defects depending on the brand. An Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) must be signed at the completion of Free Maintenance Period. If an AMC is not signed annually warranty will be automatically sustained without a prior notice. 
  2. If inter-connecting exceeds standard distance, each additional meter will be chargable. If PVC Casing is used for the installation all the casing are chargable. If installation required customized outdoor brackets, indoor hangings all are seperately invoiced. 
  3. Power supply must be provided by the client & Rasangi Electricals & Products do not undertake any power related work. 
  4. Customer must provide the access to the existing utilities specially electricity & water. 
  5. Free Three (03) / Four (04) / Six (06) Normal services will be provided depending on the brand during the free maintenance period. 
  6. For Service requests / Breakdowns must be informed to our Service Centre via 037-4901352 / 074-0167223 / 074-0167231 and technicians will be allocated accordingly. 
  7. All the Breakdown repair items such as Compressor Capacitors, Fan Capacitors, Fan Motors, Circuit Boards, Refrigerant leakage repairs by replacing copper / or specific part are entitled for period of Six (06) Months warranty on the labor work.
