STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
01. SUBJECT
1.1. The buyer is understood to be the company "Rasangi Electricals and Products (PVT) Ltd" hereinafter called "COMPANY".
1.2. The Supplier is understood to be any legal or natural person who has entered into a contract with the Company for Supplies, regardless of the form and/or name of the contract.
1.3. The term "Supply" covers all works, equipment, installations, materials, components, parts, etc as well as all the services.
1.4. The present General Terms and Conditions of Purchase are applicable to all present and future orders from the company, including case where specific order is requested by the company from a supplier which whom a commercial relationship exists and during which no prior reference has been made to the General Terms and Conditions of Purchase.
1.5. Deviations from these General Terms and Conditions of Purchase must be expressly authorized in writing by the Company/ or specifically stated in writing in its order.
02. VALIDITY OF THE ORDER
2.1. Any order made verbally must be confirmed in writing to be valid.
2.2. The Supplier shall have a period of 05 Working days from the date of receipt to acknowledge receipt of the order and confirm it, failing which it shall be deemed to accept it without reservation.
03. COMPLIANCE AND QUALITY
3.1. The Company will provide a separate quotation while performing particular supply, if any further errors, requirements identified during the process.
3.2. The Buyer must provide the access to the existing utilities specially electricity and water for maintenance services.
3.3. All the spare parts used in the service, entitled for period of Six (06) Months warranty on its manufacturing defects only. However, Fan belts, bearings are considered as non-warrantable components.
3.4. For DAIKIN Air Conditioners sold by the company, Compressor is entitled for Period of Ten (10) Years Warranty on the Compressor and for the Equipment Two (02) Years Warranty on its Manufacturing Defects only.
3.5. All the other brand of Air Conditioners sold by the company including "MIDEA. TECO, PANASONIC, DUNHAM-BUSH, TCL. MISTY, CHIGO" entitled for Period of One (01) year warranty and Five (05) Years warranty on the Compressor on its Manufacturing defects only.
3.6. All DAIKIN branded Air Conditioners are entitled for Six (06) Free Services within the first two years of the installation. For all the other branded air conditioners includes Four (04) Free Services during the first year of installation.
3.7. For Free Services, the company will arrange the services during the Free Maintenance Period and if the buyer is not available, postponed the services, the Company will not bear any sort of a guarantee or warranty for the damages. The services will not be carried forward under any circumstances.
3.8. For the Compressor warranty, it is mandatory to enter for an Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) with the company at the end of the Free Maintenance Period. Failure to do so, will automatically sustain the warranty without a prior notice.
04. DELIVERY
4.1. All the Air Conditioners sold to the end customer, will be installed at Free of Charge (FOC) up to Five (05) Meter standard inter-connecting distance. If inter-connecting distance exceeds the standard, each additional meter will be charged at the prevailing rate of the company.
4.2. All the other accessories, equipment used for installation is chargeable unless otherwise the company offer them at FOC.
4.3. All the delivery will be schedule with the agreement of the buyer and general delivery is within Three (03) working days of receiving the confirmation of order or Payments depend on the type of customer.
05. PAYMENTS
5.1. All the payments must be drawn in favor of "RASANGI ELECTRICALS AND PRODUCTS (PVT) LTD". For SLIPS Payments please contact our Accounting & Finance Department.
5.2. If a payment is due for more than 30 Days, All the Due payments must be settled prior confirming the order.
