Showroom Sales & Fulfillment Executive

We are looking for a motivated, people oriented individual to join our growing team as one of Sri Lanka's most established air conditioning companies with over 42 years in the industry.
You will be the face of our showroom and the backbone of our customer fulfillment, managing walk-in Sales, unit delivery coordination. You will also play a key role in fulfilling orders through our newly launched e-commerce platform.
Responsibilities
- Drive showroom & Online Sales
- Coordinate the end-to-end order fulfillment process
- Maintain exceptional customer relationship
- Liaise effectively with internal departments.
- Maintain accurate sales records & achieve performance targets.
Must Have
- Excellent organizational and coordination abilities
- Knowledge in MS Office
- Strong communication skills in Sinhala & English Language
- Positive attitude with ability to multi-task
- Previous experience in Corporate Sector (Fresh candidates are also welcome)
Nice to have
- GCE A/L and other professional qualifications such as SLIM, CIM
- Knowledge in Social Media platforms
- Within 20 Km proximity to our head office in Kurunegala
- Knowledge in E-Commerce

A full time position with attractive remuneration package
We offer an attractive remuneration package with sales commission starting from LKR 45,000.00+Sales Commission. For those who are having prior / similar role experience is always can negotiate the package.
