Executive – Sales Coordination & Customer Success

Sales Coordination & Customer success Executive is responsible for Coordinating the complete customer journey from enquiry to installation and after sales support while supporting the sales team to achieve monthly revenue targets.
You will be working under customer experience and sales operation department linking sales channels and customer ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Service request management and customer communication
- Work scheduling & Inventory coordination
- Job Monitoring & Team Coordination
- Documentation & Reporting
- Warranty & AMC Coordination
Must Have
- Minimum of One (01) year experience in a Corporate environment
- Exceptional communication skills
- Computer Literacy specially MS Excel
- Must be a Team player, Result driven & Self motivated person
- Age Must be below 30 Yrs
Nice to have
- A Relevant Qualification in Sales & Marketing
- Living approximately 20Km radius to Kurunegala
- Work experience in ERP system
- Leadership skills
