Business Development Executive

Business Development Executive is primarily responsible for Sales initiatives of the air conditioning department and strategically sells our air conditioning products while maintaining a positive relationship with our customers. You will be promoting our services and multi-branded products including brands such as DAIKIN, TCL, YORK, MIDEA & TECO for residential & industrial customers.

  • Identify, develop and close new sales opportunities across the residential, commercial & industrial sectors. 
  • Achieve monthly & quarterly sales target set by the management. 
  • Actively promote multi-brand product portfolio. 
  • Maintain positive relationship, timely follow-ups and post sales support to the customers. 
  • Previous experience in a similar role or sales of home appliances at least One (01) year. 
  • Age must be below 30 Years
  • Must have a valid driving licenses. 
  • Must be a team player, result-driven, self motivated person. 
  • Exceptional problem solving skills. 
  • A relevant qualification in Sales & Marketing
  • Ability to communicate in Tamil
  • Previous experience in using CRM
  • Living approximately 20Km radius to Kurunegala. 

What we offer


A full time position with Attractive Remuneration Package

We offer an attractive remuneration package with sales commission starting from LKR 50,000.00+ Sales Commissions + Travelling Allowances. For those who are having prior / Similar role experience can negotiate the package. 


CPD Throughout the year

We provide opportunities throughout the year for CPD including training & development in various programs
